Start with the structure
Choose the opening experience before choosing decorative details. Compare lid-and-base, book-style magnetic, drawer, and foldable rigid structures according to the product, presentation, storage, and packing requirements.
Define the exterior
Share the appearance and handling requirements for the outer surface. Paper wrap, color direction, texture, lamination, and other covering decisions must be reviewed together with the box structure and artwork.
Plan the insert
Describe the product dimensions, weight, orientation, and reveal. Ask for the appropriate insert direction to be reviewed rather than assuming one insert material fits every product.
Prepare the artwork
Provide a usable logo or artwork file and indicate the preferred placement. Printing, foil, embossing, debossing, and other finish directions are confirmed only after the material, area, quantity, and artwork are reviewed.
