BespokeBoxCo ships ready-stock gift boxes, jewelry packaging, paper shopping bags, and custom packaging orders from China to the United States and other supported international destinations.
Ready-Stock Handling Time
Ready-stock products are usually prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, depending on order quantity, inventory status, and packing requirements. Handling time is separate from carrier transit time.
Estimated Transit and Total Delivery Time
The freight-forwarder ranges below are carrier transit times only and begin after handling is complete:
- United States — Sea Freight: 30–40 business days in transit; estimated total delivery time is 31–43 business days including handling.
- United States — Expedited Sea Freight: 16–23 business days in transit; estimated total delivery time is 17–26 business days including handling.
- Europe, the United Kingdom, and other supported destinations — Sea Freight: 30–40 business days in transit; estimated total delivery time is 31–43 business days including handling.
These estimates are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, remote-area delivery, weather, peak-season congestion, and carrier delays may extend delivery.
Supported Destinations
Checkout shipping is currently configured for the United States and the following destinations. A shipping option appears only when the order's packed weight and destination match an available rate.
Europe and the United Kingdom: Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, the United Kingdom, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, and Sweden.
Other international destinations: the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Israel, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Macao SAR, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, and Argentina.
Custom Logo and Bulk Production Time
Custom logo printing, samples, custom-size boxes, inserts, and bulk packaging projects require separate confirmation. Sample and production timelines depend on artwork, material, quantity, finish, and factory schedule.
Shipping Cost
Product prices do not include shipping unless clearly stated. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout based on total packed weight, destination, and selected shipping service. For large, oversized, or freight-sensitive orders—or when checkout does not show a rate—contact us for a freight quote before purchase.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after the carrier receives the shipment. Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch.
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
All shipping services offered at checkout and all confirmed freight quotes are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Shipping charges include international freight, customs clearance, import duties, and import taxes. Customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties, import taxes, or customs-clearance fees upon delivery.
