These Terms of Service apply to your use of bespokeboxco.com and purchases or quote requests made with BespokeBoxCo. By using the website, placing an order, or requesting a custom packaging quote, you agree to these terms.

Products and Services

We sell ready-stock gift packaging products and provide custom packaging services including logo printing, custom sizes, inserts, samples, and bulk production. Product availability, colors, dimensions, and materials may vary by batch.

Quotes and Custom Orders

Custom packaging prices, MOQ, sample fees, production timelines, and shipping options must be confirmed before production. A quote is not final until all major requirements are confirmed, including size, quantity, artwork, finish, delivery destination, and payment terms.

Artwork and Customer Content

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any logo, artwork, trademark, image, text, or design file submitted to us. We may refuse artwork that appears unauthorized, illegal, misleading, or unsuitable for production.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Product prices may exclude shipping, sample fees, artwork fees, or custom production charges. Shipping charges shown at checkout and confirmed freight quotes are DDP and include international freight, customs clearance, import duties, and import taxes. Orders may be cancelled if payment is not completed or if an obvious pricing or listing error occurs.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, customs, carrier delays, holidays, weather, and destination-country conditions. All shipping services offered at checkout and all confirmed freight quotes are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties, import taxes, or customs-clearance fees upon delivery. Customers remain responsible for providing accurate recipient and destination information and for supplying any identity or destination documents required by the carrier or applicable law.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Custom printed, made-to-order, and bulk production items are generally not returnable unless there is a confirmed defect, wrong item, or approved quality issue.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BespokeBoxCo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to website use, shipping delays, production delays, customer artwork errors, or third-party service issues.
