Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Custom Orders: Custom logo printed boxes and personalized items are non-returnable unless defective
  • Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom logo printed gift boxes (unless defective or damaged)
  • Products with personalized branding or customization
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift box fillers and shredded paper (for hygiene reasons)

Refund Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Return Authorization
We will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack items securely and ship to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective products:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be covered by us

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
